IFS Residential Services
At IFS we offer residential services to estate agents, holiday sites and agencies as well as numerous individual domestic clients. From your statutory servicing and safety checks through to emergency cover and planned upgrades with our Home Improvements department. We have the in house capability to provide all trade emergency cover at the same time as helping you plan upgrades and improvements in an effective efficient manner.
We provide residential services for Island lettings, Park resorts sites and The west bay club for their 170 home site. We also look after a number of prestigious private holiday homes who require the utmost attention to detail and expect a service similar to that required in commercial properties. We pride ourselves on finding the right solution for your property and work with a number of key suppliers to provide quality materials such as bathroom and kitchens at excellent rates and warranties.
